In the Marjal dels Moros in Sagunto (Valencia ) on an area of 50 hectares, since 2001 we are doing experiments in organic farming. The farm is inside a protected area belonging to the Natura 2000 network (ZEPA and RAMSAR ), next to the Environmental Education Center of Comunitat Valenciana. Here we produce and experience on all kinds of vegetables and seasonal fruits.
It outstand by its quality leeks, onions, artichokes, potatoes, lettuce, smooth red cabbage, melons, squash, tomatoes local varieties, chard and spinach. The farm is certified since 2002 by the Committee of Organic Agriculture in Valencia ( ES- ECO -020 -CV ) .
